Description

This easy circular walk crosses five bridges along the dashing Langdale Beck between Chapel Stile and Elterwater. It begins over Elterwater Bridge before proceeding along the true right bank of the river to Chapel Stile’s New Bridge. Return is made through Thrang and Chapel Stile, to cross Chapel Stile Bridge below Wainwrights’ Inn to complete the loop and follow back down the true right bank of the river to
