TO PIKE O’BLISCO

Description

There is something rascallian about Blisco – it cocks a snoop at all its impressive neighbours and makes a wonderful walk. A circular outing starting from The Old Dungeon Ghyll to rise from Blea Tarn Pass by Redacre Gill to the summit of Pike O’Blisco. Descent to Red Tarn leads to the Browney Gill footpath falling into Oxendale. Return is made through Stool End Farm and along the valley bottom. (1.3mb) 11 pages.
