First look over the lake from the open top of Queen Adelaide’s Hill before following the lakeshore through the historical buildings of Millerground and ascending to Windermere’s St Mary’s Church. Paths and lanes weave through the outskirts of the town to follow through woods to gain Longlands Road in turn leading to the A592 by Rayrigg. Return is made along A592 until a path by Rayrigg Hall leads back to the lakeshore.
