NORTH OVER DERWENTWATER  This shot is taken from below Hause Gate on the descent of Catbells. Blencathra is the prominent snowy fell and rocky Walla Crag stands to the right. Some say that Borrowdale is the most beautiful valley on earth. I’m a world traveler and I obviously can’t concur with this – but that’s just because I come from Langdale.
